Research Facilities

The Corvallis Research Farm (80 acres) includes the following:
- Dairy facility: A 40 Calan gate facility constructed at the OmniGen research farm in Corvallis 2007
- Sheep facility: A 5 pen facility located at the Corvallis farm in 2006
- Rodent facility: Mouse and rat feeding facilities are located at the Corvallis farm facility. Rodent screens are typically those used to provide screening of ingredients that possess immunomodulatory activities.
Feed processing/distillation facility
- Main lab: The Corvallis lab is outfitted with equipment for quantitative PCR, PCR, ELISA, general microbiology, cell culture and molecular biology.
- Eastern Oregon Beef facility: Facilities for feeding approximately 100 beef cattle in feedlot (5 pens) are available. This facility is outfitted with a small lab for processing of blood samples.
