OmniGen-AF (Advanced Formula): a feed additive useful for all classifications of livestock

Ingredients
Plant protein products, active dried yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae ), dried Trichoderma longibrachiatum fermentation product, niacin, vitamin B-12 supplement, riboflavin-5-phosphate, d-calcium pantothenate, choline chloride, biotin, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, menadione dimethylpyrimidinol bisulfite, folic acid, calcium aluminosilicate, sodium aluminosilicate, diatomaceous earth, calcium carbonate, rice hulls and mineral oil.
Feeding Instructions
Mix OmniGen-AF (Advanced Formula) thoroughly into feeds, and according to the following table. Where warm moist, or humid conditions exist, OmniGen-AF (Advanced Formula) may be mixed into stored grains, forages, and other feed ingredients at a rate of 0.5%.
